Soundside Construction was established on the Outer Banks in 1989 yet the ideals and integrity of our company go back three generations.
Our grandfather, originally from North Carolina, made his way to the Tidewater area during the Great Depression. He and our father were responsible for several important historical restorations in the area, which required accurate period preservation and attention to detail. We have established a solid reputation for building quality custom homes and renovating homes and buildings in the Tidewater and Outer Banks areas for over 35 years.
An eye for detail and a pride in craftsmanship have been passed down to us so that we may continue to build quality homes for our generation.
